Arabian MEP Contracting has secured the contract to carry out full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems works for United School International Project at Pearl Qatar.
The School is in a total plot area of approx. 44,000 m2 and the development consists of main school (B+G+2), substation, drivers’/cleaners room and 5 nos. of guardhouses; the total BUA of the project is approx. 34,437 m2.
The owner/developer of the project is M/s United Development Company. The consultant on the project is Arab Engineering Bureau and the Contractor is Al Darwish Engineering.
The targeted completion period for this fast track project including mobilization will be 21 months from the date of the award.
