We assemble a project team and clarify all owner expectations before Project kick-off. Proceed with Quantity take off in coordination with Design and Engineering team and float the enquiries to marketplace to be prepared for the delivery of long leading items. We will prepare the panning sheet and make sure the manpower resources and raw materials are available as per the planning schedule.

During the project execution, we’ll focus on getting the project done as per the project plan. Regular meeting with Clients & Consultants to update the project updates. We will extend our support to any variations in the original scope as per the request by the client with a revised plan.

We’re not finished with your project until you are completely satisfied. This includes guaranteeing a smooth and worry-free delivery of MEP Services, proper testing and commissioning followed by DLP period.
