Qualification Required: Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a license in Qatar to practice the profession.

At least 3 to 5 years’ experience and commercial knowledge related to construction industry, preferably gained through working with multi-national companies and/or top-tier law firms.

Job Requirement :

• Must be able to provide Legal advice to relevant internal departments on legal issues referred by General Counsel.
• Must have extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
• Must be able to draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization’s ventures, and ensure that requisite corporate governance procedures are met with respect to contractual arrangements.
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills and letter drafting in Arabic and English. Preferably a native Arabic speaker.
• Must be locally available candidate with NOC
