Arabian MEP has signed an agreement with the project Main Contractor M/s Midmac to carry out full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems works for Qatar Airways Residential Tower @ Westbay.
The project is intended for Qatar Airways’ senior staff accommodation and comprises of 168 apartments. Tower consist of 4 Basement Carparks, Ground Floor and 29 Floors with a total built area of 59,221.5 m2.
The owner/developer of the project is M/s Qatar Airways and the consultant on the project is M/s KEO International. The targeted completion period for this fast track project including mobilization will be 15 months from the date of the award.
