On 6th October 2022, Edgewater Technical Services W.L.L subsidiary company of Al-Malki Group Holdings signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysian Firms BV Middle East Trading & Maintenance L.L.C and Aspen Red Petroleum L.L.C.
The partnership agreement highlights a unique collaboration between Malaysian companies based in Qatar and a local Qatari company focusing on Subsea Maintenance and Services.
Malaysia Ambassador to Qatar H.E Zamshari Shaharan witnesses the MoU Signing Ceremony which was facilitated by Mr. Ali Ibrahim Al Malki, Chairman & Managing Director of Al-Malki Group Holding, Mr. Jamalun Shah Semail, CEO of BV Middle East Trading & Maintenance L.L.C and Dato’ Wan Shafie Abdul Rasid, Managing Director of Aspen Red Petroleum L.L.C
The MoU aims to develop and establish an international partnership and cooperation on Subsea Maintenance and Services including Pipeline Repairs, Piping Supply, and Underwater Drones for subsea pipeline monitoring and maintenance works in Qatar.
